Filming a season of Bravo's Top Chef is never an easy task, but Flavour xviii provided its own set of challenges as it took place last fall amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Variety recently took readers behind the scenes of filming Top Chef Season xviii in Portland, Oregon and noted many of the protocols that were put in identify to ensure anybody involved in the production remained safe.

For the start time ever, Meridian Chef Flavour 18 will feature an aristocracy rotating judging and dining panel made upward of all-star winners, finalists, and favorites, including Richard Blais, Carrie Baird, Nina Compton, Tiffany Derry, Gregory Gourdet, Melissa King, Kristen Kish, Edward Lee, Kwame Onwuachi, Amar Santana, Dale Talde, and Brooke Williamson.
