Welcome to Android Central! Attempt booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. On about Android devices, while powered on, press and agree Power until the Power Off menu appears. Printing and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safety Mode, then something yous installed is causing the trouble. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Rubber Mode, then it's more likely to exist a hardware or firmware problem.

If you don't accept an App Drawer push, that means every app on the phone will bear witness up somewhere on the homescreen. If y'all don't come across the Photographic camera app anywhere, it might be disabled. Become to Settings>Apps and see if you lot tin can find Photographic camera as a Disabled app, and re-enable information technology.

Settings > Dwelling screen > Hide Apps. What a heck is "Hibernate Apps"? Clicked on it and there was my Camera App among "hidden" ones for no reason. I withal don't know how to hide them or what did I exercise exactly to make my app leave the building. Anyhow, hope this helps someone out there.
